Yoga is both a ‘state’ and means to attaining it. Yoga is union, union of mind, body and breath. Yoga teaches us essential life skill to align with nature and our inner self. Yoga is a lifestyle in itself. Regular practice of Yoga, using range of different techniques, alignment, postures, movements, breathing techniques as well as meditation, leads to enhance sense of self-awareness and higher consciousness.
Ihati Yoga has started with a passion of sharing this beautiful gift which helps us to lead fulfilling lives and teaches us how to tackle the mental, physical and emotional pressure we carry in these challenging days. As per general consensus, Yoga is often perceived as something for people who are slim or super flexible and it is all about putting your body into complex knots and twist. However, being able to achieve complex posture is not at all an indication of one’s progress in Yoga. The true achievement in yogic practice is being able to manage physical and emotional pain, being able to concentrate and connect with inner self. We all are unique with different abilities and limitations. Whatever your age, body type or activity level is, Yoga is for everyone.
I am looking forward to accompany you in your journey of finding balance and harmony to cultivate health and well-being. Together, let’s endeavor to obtain Yoga.
